About the role
- Deploy OS, configure network, and join to domain. Execute end point and server security patches as per the process, i.e., monthly patch cycles and verify patch logs, where required.
- Resolve all ISD tickets within SLA and update the relevant records accurately.
- Configure infra components (Systems,servers, VPN, access etc.)
- Provide evidence and logs as required.
- Update tickets and logs in ISD tool.
- Maintain configuration, access, and incident logs, Update ISMS Documents
- Monitor backup jobs and test restores.
- Track AMC due dates and coordinate vendor visits.
- Troubleshoot hardware/network/server incidents.
- Engage vendor for parts replacement or escalations.
- Attend mandatory tech training.
- Deploy infra components as per design.
- Provide technical inputs and task status.
- Maintain asset records and decommission old equipment.
- Suggest process improvements.
