Job description Job Description: Female Marketing Executive Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai Industry: Stainless Steel Fastener Manufacturing Designation: Marketing Executive Gender Preference: Female Employment Type: Full-Time Required Experience: Minimum 23 years Salary: 25,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and calibre Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Female Marketing Executive to support marketing activities, generate business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and promote the company's stainless steel fastener products. Candidates with prior experience in the stainless steel manufacturing, industrial products, engineering, hardware, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing activities to promote stainless steel fasteners and related products. Identify potential customers, industrial buyers, dealers, distributors, traders, and business partners. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Generate enquiries through telephone calls, emails, online platforms, and other marketing channels. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers. Maintain and update customer databases, enquiry records, and marketing reports. Communicate product specifications, availability, and other relevant information to prospective customers. Assist in preparing product presentations, marketing materials, catalogues, and promotional communications. Maintain regular communication with existing customers and support customer retention activities. Track marketing activities and provide periodic reports to management. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce will be preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or related business activities. Experience in stainless steel manufacturing or industrial products will be an added advantage. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and other office applications. Ability to manage multiple enquiries and maintain accurate records. Desired Candidate Profile Confident, organised, and professionally presentable. Proactive in identifying marketing opportunities and following up with prospective customers. Comfortable communicating with industrial clients, dealers, distributors, and business stakeholders. Target-oriented, with a willingness to learn about stainless steel fasteners and related products.
