Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
• Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Manage offer negotiation, joining formalities and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Experience in consultancy or client-handling recruitment preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
