🟥Key Responsibilities
🔹Lead and mentor engineering teams working on embedded OS and user experience.
🔹Drive architecture, development, validation, release, and product sustenance.
🔹Provide technical leadership across Android OS, Embedded Linux, BSP, system services, and device integration.
🔹Guide platform-level development involving AOSP, Android Framework, middleware, HAL, and embedded systems.
🔹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality smart-device solutions.
✅ What We’re Looking For
🔹15+ years of experience in software/embedded engineering.
🔹Strong expertise in Android Platform / AOSP, Android Framework, HAL, BSP, and device integration.
🔹Experience with Android-based hardware products such as smart devices, tablets, wearables, kiosks, automotive infotainment, or other embedded products.
🔹Proven engineering leadership, people management, coaching, and team development experience.
🔹Embedded Linux / Yocto experience is an added advantage.
🔹6+ years of direct people management experience preferred.
