Equity & Trading Back Office Executive  Company: BlueAnt Finserv Pvt. Ltd. Location: Noida, Sector 63 Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Department: Operations / Back Office About the Role: BlueAnt Finserv Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Equity & Trading Back Office Executive with practical knowledge of the stock market and at least 1 year of experience in equity/trading back-end operations . The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day back-end activities related to equity trading, client accounts, trade processing, documentation and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day equity and stock market back-office operations . Process and maintain buy/sell trade transactions and related records. Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding trading and account-related queries. Handle Demat and Trading Account- related documentation and processes. Maintain and verify client data, KYC, and account-related documents. Assist in trade settlement, reconciliation, and transaction processing . Generate and maintain trade-related reports, records, and MIS. Coordinate with brokers/DPs/internal teams for resolving operational issues. Check transaction details, contract notes, and other trading-related documents. Ensure accuracy of data and timely completion of daily operational activities. Maintain proper records and follow company processes and compliance requirements. Required Skills: Practical knowledge of Equity / Stock Market / Share Trading . Minimum 1 year of relevant backend/operations experience . Knowledge of NSE/BSE, Demat & Trading Accounts . Understanding of Trade Processing and Settlement . Basic knowledge of KYC and client documentation . Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets . Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in Stock Broking Companies, Wealth Management Firms, Investment Firms, Capital Market Operations, Equity Operations, or Trading Back Office will be preferred. Important : This is a backend/operations role. Candidates with only sales experience or general knowledge of the stock market without practical backend/trading operations experience will not be preferred. Salary ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month , depending on experience and skills.
