About the role
Job Requirements
Network & Workplace Technology Engineering : (office deployments, connectivity, WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi, provider management including partners such as Masergy/NTT)
- Experience: 8+ years
- Location: Preferably Offshore (PAN India, Remote/Hybrid)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead office technology deployments, including network infrastructure, connectivity, and workplace technology.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and enterprise network solutions.
- Coordinate office network setup, site readiness, and connectivity testing for new and existing locations.
- Manage network service providers and partners (including Masergy and NTT), ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.
- Drive network performance, issue resolution, operational handover, and ongoing service improvements.
