About the role
- Record and review investment journal entries.
- Perform investment cash and custodian reconciliations.
- Calculate and validate: Interest income Dividend income Realized/Unrealized Gains & Losses Accruals Amortization/Accretion
- Prepare investment accounting reports and management information.
- Support regulatory, statutory, tax, IFRS, US GAAP, and insurance reporting.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
- Review investment valuations and pricing exceptions.
- Support audits, SOX controls, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, custodians, tax teams, and external stakeholders.
