Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and other business development activities.
• Promote Zoople Technologies' courses and services to prospective students and clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and clients.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Follow up with leads, manage admissions, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and academic teams to improve business performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and business development activities.
