Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance claims accurately as per defined procedures and guidelines.
• Review and investigate claims and take appropriate action based on process requirements.
• Handle customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, quality standards, and audit parameters.
• Meet defined SLA, quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing claims.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate effectively with team members, supervisors, and relevant departments.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow shift schedules and organizational policies.
• Continuously develop process knowledge and improve skills.
• Maintain professional communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
