- Good knowledge of strength training & exercise techniques
- Ability to guide members with proper form and workout plans
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Friendly, disciplined and professional attitude
- Passion for fitness and helping members achieve results
- Prior gym training experience preferred 🎯 Responsibilities:
- Guide members during workouts
- Correct exercise form and technique
- Help members achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain a positive and motivating gym environment
