Bring It

You bring over 15 years of experience as a solution architect in Defense & Security. Your SAP background covers defense solutions or logistics, and you know how defense organizations operate. You work fluently in English and Japanese, applying AI tools daily.

Build It

You will lead solution design and architecture for defense and public sector customers. Your work spans feasibility studies, escalated project support, and full-cycle deployment. You will lead workstreams, run client demonstrations, and strengthen team capability through internal training.

The “Public Services Global Practice'' is part of the Global Delivery Hub and  is a dedicated team with the mission to deploy innovative and potentially breakthrough software solutions for high-value and strategic customers in Public Sector and Defense organizations. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with our customers and partners.

Required Skill Sets

• 15+ years of working experience as a Solution Architect or a Principal Consultant.
• Understanding of the specific business processes of  Defense & Security organizations (Armed/police Forces, Ministry/Department of Defense
• Good Knowledge of SAP Defense & Security solution. Alternatively, SAP Logistic solutions (Supply Chain or Plant Maintenance) + understanding of Organization Management.
• AI adoption capability: hands-on, day-to-day use of AI tools
• Business fluency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal)
• Proven experience in cross-cultural teams (Japanese and international)
• Solution architecture and design expertise
• Project / product management skills
• Ability to lead feasibility studies and solution reviews
• Experience managing and resolving escalated project issues
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure in complex environments
• Willingness to undergo security clearance screening
• Highest level of integrity, flexibility, and confidentiality
• Strong analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Military service or contractor experience within defense organizations
• Remote collaboration experience with non-Japanese international teams
• Internal enablement experience: creating training content, webinars, or pre-engineered service assets
• Basic programming knowledge
