Cash Application Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to join our finance team in the Delhi-NCR Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash applications, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of cash transactions, which directly impacts our financial health and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Process cash applications for various payment methods including wire transfers, credit cards, and lockbox transactions. - Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure all payments are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly. - Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities. - Utilize SAP for tracking and managing cash application processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to payment processing and account status. - Generate reports on cash application activities and present findings to management for review.
